Hi,

I created a flow to get attachments from email to sharepoint folder which is linked to Power BI.
There is first 3 digits of the attachment name will be the code for assigning subcon which has control table in other sharepoint folder.

Can we automatically classify and upload these attachments into each subcon folders(LD, IDT)?

So what you meant by subcon is a folder at specific location and the codes LD etc are folder names to which attachments should be uploaded - and these folders are located at same location - am i right ?

    Thanks & Regards,

yes correct, currently they are all in the same folder but hope to split them into each subcon name folders(LD, IDT) using subcon assign table in sharepoint excel.
This excel also in the same sharepoint parent folder.
