Hi,

Im getting errors with recipient invalid when adding the "To"  email address from a sql field.

It appears the To address is Blank. (see screenshots)   I trigger the flow when a new record is created then use sql Stored procedure to update the email address. Ive added a delay (45 sec)  to ensure the SP is complete before sending the email.

not quite sure why this is happening, except that maybe the email is running too soon ?

any help is apprciated.

thanks.

    Hi @djoeg01

Can you please add the screenshots again? For some reason those didn't come in and I am unable to look at it. This will help us better identify the issue and assist you with this.

I am guessing you have certain more actions related to sharepoint and you have added a delay to reference to the output of these. You can probably check the output from tehse actions if the expected values are being returned in the appropriate attributes.

    Hope this Helps!

My Bad, forgot to attach screenshots.

Im not using Sharepoint only SQL and the Stored Procedures (SP) to update the new record to add the email address, I put in a delay to ensure the SP had completed before the email portion gets kicked off.

    Hi @djoeg01

Can you expand the execute stored procedure actions in the run history and check what output you are getting? (are you getting the expected data there?)

    Hi @djoeg01 ,

As @yashag2255  asked, please share the run screenshot of the execute stored procedure actions in the run history and check if the email address is exist.

    Best regards,
