Hi All,

I have excel with the below details, Would want to have the transformed output as mentioned, please can someone guide what are the steps can be followed in power automate to get the output.

ID	Employee Name	02-01-2023	09-01-2023	16-01-2023	23-01-2023	30-01-2023	06-02-2023	13-02-2023	20-02-2023

Output

Are you trying to do it in cloud flow or in desktop flow ?

Do you have to use Power Automate? You could transform the data in excel although it would require several steps using index match and weeknum functions.
