Exporting a Process in the Process Mining App

Hi All, 
 
I'm struggling to export my process from the process mining app. I've tried to export a couple of different ways, but I keep getting the same error message. Here is the error message:
 
Task 'Export statistics Untitled as CSV' failed with error 'The proxy tunnel request to proxy failed with status code '407'.''
 
I've attached a screenshot of the error to this message. Has anybody experienced this before? Have we got any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi,
     
    An error 407 means that the authentication is incorrect. It looks like you are trying to reach a cloud storage or network storage where authentication is required. Check whether you need to provide credentials if possible to specify this from the Process Mining app. I haven't exported data to the cloud myself.
    Exporting to a local folder on your device should work without any issue. Probably as workaround, you can export to the local folder and then move it to the final location.

    @André Arnaud de Calavon Thank you so much for your response. The reason for why I need to keep the process model in the cloud is because I get the following error when I toggle that option off in the process mining app.
    I'm not sure what to do. I think you're right, it is an authentication issue, but I'm not sure how to go about rectifying this, silly question, but do you have any suggestions/ideas?

    Hi,

    It looks like the screenshot has been deleted now. Was the location a cloud storage or network location? If it is an internal network location, maybe it can be solved by setting up a drive letter for that location. If it is a cloud location, please provide more details about what exact cloud location, so I can try to replicate your challenge.
