I want to copy files to multiple users' OneDrive

I would like to transfer a file to the OneDrive of another user in my organization, not just my own, but using the normal file copy action does not work. If there is a better way, please let me know.

Hi,

This typically is not possible because to do this you would need access to every employee 365 account and in most organizations that is a policy violation because you would have direct control and access to the log-in and email account (and personal/private files).

However, what you are describing can be done with a team SharePoint site. Simply copy all the files to a document library and give everyone access to the SharePoint site by making them a member of the site. This is the recommended best practices when sharing team files.

Think of OneDrive as an employee's personal My Documents. While sharing is possible and effective, SharePoint is the best practice.

Thank you. Because the information is confidential, I wanted to transfer it to OneDrive so that only each user could view it. The flow creator has global administrator privileges, but does this mean that they still cannot set it as a specification?
