Dataverse List Rows status stuck as "NotImplemented"

Hello,

 

I'm trying to count rows by performing List Rows on dataverse table. It doesn't give me error, but it never proceeds, just keeps re-trying.

    Same issue here, it's insane that the odata v4 standard has not yet been implemented completely
