what is the best way to learn power automate step by step?

    My suggestion would be to start with some online training modules. Microsoft has free materials, which could be a good starting point for the basics:
     
    Otherwise you can also look at YouTube, blogs or third parties who offer paid online training materials.

    YouTube videos by Shane Young, Reza Dorrani and others are very good and is how I got started with Power Apps and Power Automate back in 2018. I still go to their videos today.
