OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E4E.

When refreshing my data in PBI desktop I'm getting the following message

Error: OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E4E.

 

I've re-established all my connections and nothing seems to work.
