Extract body of email to create next "To:" Field

Hey all,

 

I'm trying to extract the manager of an email and convert it as the next recipient in the flow. 

 

i.e. 

 

Manager: John Smith

 

Flow finds John Smith > Converts to John.Smith@contoso.com > Next step in flow sends email to John.Smith@contoso.com.

    I did do a search and found that link, not sure if it will help me convert a name format to an email format but I'll give it a go.

     

    I'm very new to this and need the laymens terms of how to get these formulas to work.
