I really need some help setting up this powerautomate, since I lack to much experience with this tool
- I have a file in a sharepoint folder ("Monthly:), let's say "Daily_costs.xls". That folder has also other files that are updated on daily base but I only need that file.
- When the file is modified, It should trigger the powerautomate to copy the file to a subfolder ("Personnel") in the same folder ("Monthly").
- The file name should be the initial file name + month number (vs "Daily_costs_02"). The month number is based on the modify date of the file. If the file name already exist it should replace the file otherwise a new file name is created (in this case 'Daily_costs_03" in case of new month".
Could someone show me how to do this with the set up off all the steps? Thanks so much for the help.
