Once an Excel cell is filled out, the entire row is added to a SP list

Hi all,

 

I am still very new to Flow, but I am addicted. 

 

I have created a Form which User A fills out.  Once their response is received User B is prompted to add a hyperlink to the respons.xlsx.  Upon this (previously empty) cell being filled out, I would like Flow to add the entire row to an existing Sharepoint list.  Here is my current attempt:

    Hi @dhalpin ,

     

    First, we need to explain the usage of For a selected row. The usage of this trigger is that when a cell in the specified table is selected, Flow will be triggered instead of when a cell is filled.

    And, if you want to add a hyperlink to the list, you may need to create the item first and then use the Send HTTP request to SharePoint action to update the hyperlink field.
