Microsoft has announced that SQL Server Connector V1 actions will be retired.

So, using flow how to list/fetch all the "actions name" and "operationId"(check the host.operationId value) for all Flows in each environment & check if the action contains V1 action and send a list of those in email or export to excel using power automate flows.

Need help in creating the flow for this.

You can use two actions to get that.
    1. List flows as admin action
    2. Get flow as admin action under apply to each of the results of above action.

This will give you all the flows and all the actions for each of the flow.

This is what CoE Starter Kit uses as well. If you have CoE Starter Kit, you should already have this data.

    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!

    Hi There,

What I recommend you do is:
    1. Get all flows as admin
    2. Parse the triggers and action.
    3. Then loop through all the actions and store them in a list or a file.
    Reference: CoE Starter Kit

    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!
