I have a visitor app, I would like to send a teams message to the user when the visitor signs in.

basically my form is enter details . Then pick who they are visiting from a dropdown, these names are saved in a SP list, then when ‘signing’ is pressed it will send a teams message to the name they choose from the dropdown - is this possible?
