Print Issues

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a print screen.  I'm using the default "print" button on the print screen template. (Print()).  My preview shows this tablet/mobile/desktop converter.

Upon clicking print, my preview shows this way, which also prints this exact screen:

How can I either disable this converter or print only the print screen?

If you're using the default "print" button on the print screen template in Power Apps, it automatically includes the print converter functionality, which allows users to select their preferred output format (tablet/mobile/desktop) before printing.

If you want to disable the print converter or print only the print screen without the converter, you can consider the following options:

    1. Customize the print screen: Instead of using the default print screen template, you can create a custom screen for printing. Design the screen with the desired layout and include only the content you want to be printed. Add a button or icon to trigger the printing functionality.

    2. Use a PDF converter: Instead of relying on the default print converter, you can use a third-party PDF converter to generate a PDF version of your print screen. This way, you have more control over the content and layout of the printed document. You can then provide the option for users to download or print the generated PDF.

    3. Adjust print settings: While you may not be able to disable the print converter completely, you can check if your browser's print settings allow you to customize the output. For example, you might have options to print only the selected frame or selected content, which could help you achieve a similar result.

It's important to note that the availability and flexibility of these options may vary depending on the specific capabilities of the Power Apps platform and the browser you're using. Consider experimenting with different approaches to find the one that best fits your requirements.
