I created a flow to automate notifications to the team advising them that a document has been moved from one folder to another.
On this sample flow, a file from another folder within the same library will be manually moved to /Shared Documents/Presentation using the "Move To" action on the command bar. Once moved it should send out a notification to all recipients. I tried moving the from another folder to "/Shared Documents/Presentation" but the recipients are not getting any notifications. Am I missing something?
Your help is appreciated!
Here's my flow:

@earlbrian did you find a solution to this?
@ScottShearer I created a flow based on the template "Complete a custom action for the selected file". Please see below.
The team still doesn't get any automated emails, am I still missing something?

@earlbrian Here is a work around - create a "for a selected file" Flow that creates a new file in your destination directory and then deletes the original file. You won't need to when a file is created Flow - just send the email at the end of the selected file Flow:
I did some testing and replicated your issue. In addition, I did tests where the document was moved from one library to another within a site and the trigger still did not fire. If I move the file from one site to another, the trigger fired. I did some research and found that moving a file within a site does not constitute creating a file as far a Flow is concerned - all that changes is the path...
I am creating a Flow that does a copy and delete - I'll let you know if that works.
@ScottShearer follow your suggestion, it still doesn't trigger an automated email when a file is moved manually moved from one folder to another using the "Move To" in the command bar.
You are better off using a When a file is created - properties only trigger followed by your email action. Give this a try and let me know if it works for you.
