Hi,
So i've been designing a Power Automate flow to send approval requests to a list of approvers and then update the sharepoint list with the approval outcome.
Users would fill in a microsoft forms page with their project number, description of their expense, expense type, expense amount, required date, department and the site that they are working in, as we have many different locations.
I had my list of approvers set as a string variable in my flow but now I would like to have set groups of approvers based on some of the conditions above.
I would like to be able to set up a set of groups that would have all the approvers needed in separate groups, so for example a New York group, a Paris group and a Berlin group. I want the flow to work so if the user filling in the form clicks their site as New York, then the approvers are selected from the New York group. I would like this to be outputted onto the sharepoint list so people can see who has to approve the expense report, and who already has approved it. But also, if it is over 25k then that needs to sent to another approval group also.
Is all of this possible? I assume it can be but I can't find out how to do it.
Thanks for any help,
Joe.
