PowerAutomate n00b here.
Looking for a way to move mails from my inbox, that are older than 120 days, to a user created folder instead of the online archive. Reason being the online archive and inbox folder have a 6 month retention policy and user created folders have a 7 year retention policy. Getting the company to change this is like an ant trying to move a planet.
Is there a way to have PA move mails older than a certain date to another folder? Also, the mail box has over 4000 mails to check, is that more than PA can check?
Any hints or tips or a simple "this isn't possible" would be greatly appreciated.
