send an email reminder two days before due date based on excel data

I have an excel table that contains a due date in the following format: 20-May-2024. I want to send out an email to the assigned to user on the table TWO days before the due date. I've been having trouble with excel dates as they have a different format, and I can't get them to match. Also, some action items don't have due dates, so I will need something to filter these out and not break the flow.

    utcNow('yyyy-MM-dd')

    I am getting this error

The execution of template action 'Filter_array_2' failed: The evaluation of 'query' action 'where' expression '@equals(addDays(item()?['DueDate'], -2, 'yyyy-MM-dd'), utcNow('yyyy-MM-dd'))' failed: 'The template language function 'addDays' expects its first parameter to be a string that contains the time. The provided value is of type 'Null'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions#adddays for usage details.'.

    Hi @powie ï¼Œ

Please watch my flow carefully. This is because you did not use the records after filtering the null value. Please use the body of the Filter array to filter the null value in the From of the second Filter array.

This is what I have. How can I add a function that filters out items that don't have a due date or items that don't have an assigned to email?

    Hi @powie ,

After filtering out the null values of date, please add a filter array to filter out the null values of email, and then determine whether it is today's date.

    Best Regards,

    Sunshine Gu
