Getting Summary Out from 'Apply to Each'

Hello,

I have 'email with options' in 'apply to each' to send an email survey to my colleagues.

Is there a way to consolidate each 'selected option' out of the loop and make a table?

Thank you!

I have the same question (0)

    @KenJapan ,

    Not sure I understand. Are you able to upload a screenshot?

    @SudeepGhatakNZ ,

    Screenshot below. 'Send email with options' gets feedback from each recipients and I'd like to put them in one table. Possible?

    Thanks!

    Sure, you can create an array variable and use the Append to Array variable action inside the apply to each to build a collection.

    Outside the loop, you can use the Create HTML table action to build a formatted table

    Use the output of your Create HTML table action inside your email.

    @SudeepGhatakNZ ,

    Thanks but I'm confused.

    Is below correct? Doesn't seem to get the table I'm after, nor able to name the array...

    @KenJapan ,

    You will need to Initialize the variable first and then able to select the variable from the dropdown.

    There are several ways to customise HTML table using that action I suggested (you can lookup the web for examples)
