Using Expressions in the Filter Query field or Condition action

Posted on by
Hi,

I am trying to add a control step to a flow to only allow MS Dynamics sales cases that are 'Open'. I have added a 'Condition' action into the flow where the Status equals Open, but it is not returning any results at all even though there are open cases for the date period in question. I have also tried adding it as a ODA Filter Query, but am not sure if it needs to be added as an expression, even though the input and output data from the  shows it is 'Open' (I have tried the statecode filter using Open and the 0 value).

If I need to add it as an expression, either in the Filter Rows section or the Control Condition, what would be the format?

I have added a screenshot of both methods in the flow I have tried for reference.

Thank you in advance for any assistance available.

Steve
