Which license - Premium or Process?

Hi there!

I'm looking for some expert knowledge regarding the license model for Power Automate.

In my case, we're trying to share 1 flow with multiple users who execute the flow while signed in to their machines

First of all, Microsoft used to have a "per Flow plan" which I don't see in the current official price list anymore. Has this license been deprecated? I only see "premium" and "process" available now.

If so, which one of the 2 currently available licenses is appropriate for my use case?

"Premium"
- Do all users I'm sharing my flow with need a separate "Premium" license?

- Can multiple users on different machines execute the shared flow simultaneously?

"Process"

- How can you share with users in this case?

- Do users need a paid license to execute the flow built with the process license? Or is the free version of PAD enough?

- Can multiple users on different machines execute the shared flow simultaneously?

- License description says it can be used for unattended RPAs; does this mean attended RPAs are excluded, meaning users must be signed out?

Grateful for any help, tips, recos!

You should go with a Premium license for each relevant user.

Here are more detailed explanations to your questions:

    "Premium"
    - Do all users I'm sharing my flow with need a separate "Premium" license?  - Yes

    - Can multiple users on different machines execute the shared flow simultaneously? - Yes, as long as they are all licensed.

    "Process"

    - How can you share with users in this case? - You assign this license to an environment in the Power Platform admin center and every user that has access to the environment will be able use the license. You just need to share the flow with them.

    - Do users need a paid license to execute the flow built with the process license? Or is the free version of PAD enough? - They will not be able to execute the flow in attended mode. Process only includes unattended flows.

    - Can multiple users on different machines execute the shared flow simultaneously? - No. One Process license required for each individual concurrent flow run. So, you would need one per machine on which a flow might run at the same time.

    - License description says it can be used for unattended RPAs; does this mean attended RPAs are excluded, meaning users must be signed out? - Exactly. Process does not include attended flows. Only Premium includes that.

@Agnius Thanks for your help! One last question I have: Do "Per Flow" / "Per User" plans still exist, or did Microsoft change their pricing model completely to "Premium"/"Process"? My related question would have been: "If I built a flow with a per-flow-plan, does the user need a paid per-user-plan to execute the flow?

No, they do not exist anymore. If you still have it, it's because you haven't stopped your legacy subscription, and are essentially overcharged. You cannot get them as new subscriptions anymore. So, I assume, your related question is irrelevant.
