I did a test about the '.txt' text file. The easiest way to extract data from other file types is to add the 'action' in the 'Encodian' connector.
I did a test for your reference.
In my scenario:
base64ToString(outputs('Attachment_Content'))

So for each type of file(aatachments), I have to create a different flow?
