Invalid Variable Operation, Variable must be initialized before it can be used inside action

So I keep getting this error even tho I am setting my variable "ExpirationDate" before i use it in my Set variable 3. im very confused as I use the same expression earlier in the flow and it works just fine

    You miss spelled the variable name.
