MS Form Multiple Choice to Excel Spreadsheet

Good Afternoon!

I'm having some trouble creating a flow. Im currently creating a flow that populates an excel table with a new row with all answers when a response is submitted on MS forms.

One of the questions in my MS form is a multiple choice.

There are 6 choices on this multiple choice question.

In my excel spreadsheet, I essentially have a column for each answer and I need the excel columns individually populated with an X dependant on whether they were selected in the multiple choice question.

For example if a respondee answers the question like this;

Multiple Choice Question

Choice 1 - Checked

Choice 2 - Not Checked

Choice 3 - Checked

Choice 4 - Not Checked

Choice 5 - Checked

Choice 6 - Not Checked

I need to be able to automatically add an X in each column that was selected with the add row to table option in Power Automate. As an example;

Is anyone able to help me with this?

Kind Regards,

Josh
