New Changes to Connectors to force Premium?

(0) ShareShare

I created a PowerApp and recently published a change. No new connectors.

I only own a regular license. However, after publishing, Users now require a Premium License. Upon opening, a message appears stating that the PowerApp uses premium connectors and requires a Premium License.

The only Connectors I'm using are SharePoint, Excel Online, Office 365 Users, Office 365 Outlook and 1 Power Automate Flow Connection (which only has Office 365 Users and SharePoint connections).

Anyone know what the change was and how to fix?

How can I have built a PoweApp that requires Premium without having one myself?

Any help appreciated.

You, as the designer, can use premium connections without a license.  People who are going to use the app will need the license.

If you have ever added a premium connection in your app or in your flow, then there is a good chance it is "stuck" in it and would need to be removed manually.

That can be done by exporting and importing the app or flow, or by manually changing the underlying app in Visual studio.

Make sure you check the license status on the app information/details screen and check to see which connections it is using.

I hope this is helpful for you.
