How to export a PAD flow

Hello, I just created my first flow today and I want to share it with my colleagues so they can benefit from it too. It is Power Fx enabled but I also tried to create a new one with Power Fx off and still was not able to export it. Is it even possible to export it? If it is not possible with PAD, can I share it with colleagues if I create the same on Power Automate Web (not sure if I can create the same flow in web though).
I have the same question (0)

You can share the flow directly from the Power Automate portal. https://make.powerautomate.com
If you want to move or copy the flow from one environment to another, I recommend adding the flow to a Solution first. You can then export the solution from the source environment and import it into the target environment.

Hi @BC-10082138-0, to share your flow with colleagues, the simplest (no-license) approach is to copy and paste the actions: open your flow, click into the subflow, press Ctrl+A to select all actions and Ctrl+C to copy, then paste them into a Notepad (.txt) file and save it.

For more details, you can follow the official Microsoft documentation here: Share/export a desktop flow – Power Automate | Microsoft Learn.

If you have multiple subflows, repeat this for each one (one file per subflow). You can then send the .txt file(s) to your colleagues, who simply create a new flow in Power Automate Desktop (using the same Power Fx setting as the original), paste in the content, and save & run. All parameters, images, and UI elements are copied along with the actions.

One thing I’d check first is whether the issue happens with all users or only a specific account. If it’s user-specific, comparing permissions and the app’s connections with a working account can usually narrow it down pretty quickly. Also worth checking the run history for the exact failing step.
