In Power Automate, if you have a flow that requires premium connectors or features, the flow owner must have a Premium account. However, other team members can -
Editing the Flow: Team members without a Premium account can still edit the flow if the flow is shared with them, but they won't be able to save changes involving premium connectors or features. Only the flow owner or other users with a Premium account can save such changes.
