I would like to open the panorama picture mode in my PowerApps on iPad. Is it possible?

No, it is not possible.
You can suggest this feature in the Ideas page. If it gets enough votes MS will consider adding it as a feature.

No way. PowerApps doesn't have such control to display panorama pictures.
