Common Data Source with ForAll & Filter

I'm trying to loop through a list of ID's and do a Filter in a common data source. The code below works:

ClearCollect(myID, ["11135316", "10950175", "9393795", "7262879"]);
ClearCollect(myHMrequests,Blank());
Collect(
 myHMrequests,
 Filter(commonDataSource, record.ID = "10950175")
);
Collect(
 myHMrequests,
 Filter(commonDataSource, record.ID = "11135316")
);
Collect(
 myHMrequests,
 Filter(commonDataSource, record.ID = = "9393795")
);
Collect(
 myHMrequests,
 Filter(commonDataSource, record.ID = = "7262879")
);

This doesn't work

ClearCollect(
 icimsIDs,
 ForAll(
 myID, 
 Filter(commonDataSource, record.ID = Value)
)

I have a label

CountRows(icimsIDs)

It is returning as 0

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You do not need ForAll in a Collect

ClearCollect( icimsIDs, myID, Filter( commonDataSource, record.ID in MyID.Value ) )

Although if you want to use it, it has to go on the outside

Clear(icimsIDs); ForAll( myID, Collect( icimsIDs, Filter( commonDataSource, record.ID = Value ) ) )
