AddColumns not working properly

AddColumns is translating Sequence (x, x) values in to float values, returning an error.
 
Additionally, it does not read my column name "xyz" and returns an error.

    Firstly you have not stated the data source name you are adding columns to. Also what exactly are you trying to do with Sequence(12) in relation to the time value (what are you trying to add to what)
