I built a field inspection app with a SharePoint list data source. The app has worked very well for several years now. Suddenly users are unable to add attachments using the PowerApps mobile app. The form functions as normal but after submitting, no photos go through. If I run the app in a browser, it works fine and attachments go through. The issues started yesterday after version 3.24043.30 was launched. One user has updates turned off, and his app functions without issue. Please help

this looks like a general issue/bug because the posts on this are popping here like mushrooms today.

Must be a bug by Microsoft since yesterday. Same here on Tuesday 23.04.2024 everything was fine, since yesterday attachments are not working when uploading attachments from smartphones.
I had a call yesterday with MS and I showed them everything. Hope they will solve it very fast.
I am getting the same with my user since last Wednesday.

I don't see ver 3.24044.16 in the Apple App store at this time. Yes, I still have the issue. I hope they can resolve it soon; my workaround process is painful for everyone.
All users were able to upload attachments this week. It looks like they solve the issue. Thanks
