Compare two excel

Hello,

 

i have two excel files for example excel 1 has a name column with test and test1 as it value. And then, excel 2 has the same column with excel 1 but only test as it value. I want to compare compare excel 1 to excel 2, if value in excel 1 not in excel 2 it will add to excel 2. What should i do in power automate, i need help or advice.

    Hi @AdhamFH 

     

    You can check out the below steps for the same:

    Initialize an array type variable and then add action to get rows from excel 1. apply to each on the returned values and then append to array variable action to get all values from the column 1 of excel 1. Now get rows from excel 2 and then in condition check if the array contains the column value and if not then add a row in excel 1 and if it exists then do nothing.

    @yashag2255 i tried it but i still didnt get my purpose, in action add row into a table, what should i put at the column? because when i put column from excel 1 it will generate apply to each, or maybe there are details in those action that i missed?

    @yashag2255 actually i need to find which value from column test in excel a is not found in column test in excel b, then i want to add row from excel a to excel b so both excel a and excel b have the same value
