Parallel Flow Updating Blank Items in SharePoint List

I have a Flow for a SharePoint list. The problem is, it updates other entries resulting to overwriting the previous data.

Here is my Flow:

On the Mobile Device approval, it captures the Approver's Comments. I checked that it really updates the list. However, as the other approvals continue, the Comments column gets updated again with a blank entry.

Hi @RezaDorrani After removing the Append Changes to Existing Text, the flow is not overwriting the previous text from the column. This now works! Thank you!

Hi! The approver needs to place comments and should be reflected on SharePoint.

    Versioning is on
    Append comments is on

What do I need to do? Thanks!

    Hi @jcvizconde

Comments is not a mandatory field in Approval tasks

Are you sure the user is entering comments?

Looks like you have versioning enabled on the list

and Comments field is append to comments on?

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani
