Hello everyone,

besides my personal email, I have access to emails through public emails in a public folder where everyone can see it. My question is that is it possible to link those emails to the flow trigger as well?

I am asking because I couldn't find those folders in the flow. Public folders.png

Hi @Hamid,

Do you mean the public EMail folder is the Shared mailbox?

If yes, there is a specified trigger named when-a-new-email-arrives-in-a-shared-mailbox-(v2), you could use it to monitor the mail:

Thanks for your reply I tried that flow but it is not working.
in the first field "Original Mailbox Address" I tried it once with the email address, and once with shared inbox location but non worked
