I've seen a strange occurrence with an in-production automation. Without getting too into the details of the project, I have a PA flow that calls a desktop flow via the Power Automate Desktop connector. Within that, in the settings, is the ability to change the pattern of the calls from Asynchronous to Synchronous. For the purposes of this automation, I've set it to Synchronous. I haven't modified this setting at all in over a week, and the edit history reflects the same. But yesterday (right after an update to PAD was released) this setting was found reset to Asynchronous, which created issues for the automation as it ran on its regular schedule.
My question is: has anyone else found that these update periods cause settings to revert to their defaults, and if so, has anyone found a way to prevent this? If NOT: does anyone have a different idea of why this would happen, and how we can prevent this from happening?
