Approval Flow Fail to Send Mail Despite Saying Successful

Hello
The approval flow that I created doesn't send the mail back to the requestor despite saying successful.

I created an approval flow which works with Power Apps.
The full outline of the flow is in the attachment.
The main purpose of this approval is to ask for permission in disposing an inventory.

If the inventory disposal is approved, a mail is sent to the requestor.
The requestor also obtains the attachment regarding the inventory.
The mail also includes a link for disposal process.

If it is denied a mail of disapproval is sent to the requestor.
The mail also has a link to the item in Microsoft List.

The problem is that even if the disposal is approved,
the mail is not sent to the requestor.

The attachment was sent during the approval step so there should be no problem with the attachment creation.
Do you guys have any clues as to why this is happening?
Thank you in advance.

P.S. The mail is sent properly if I am the receiver of the mail.

I would check with your Exchange admins to have them check that the e-mails were sent. I have never seen an instance where an e-mail was not sent when the action shows it was successful. E-mails will be sent from the account owner of the flow, so check the Sent folder in Outlook of that account to see if the message is there. Another quick way to check would be to add yourself to the BCC field of the e-mail. If you get the e-mail, then the issue is not with it being sent. The message may be in the user's junk folder.

Thank you for making a response to my post.
I added myself to BCC and checked if I got the email or not.
I was able to get the email so I checked with my receiver.
For the receiver it was in the Sent folder in Outlook.
However, when I used myself as the "requestor" and "assigned to" of the flow,
the mail was in the Inbox folder.
