Enable and disable based on the user

Team,

I am trying to enable the field based on the user. However, it is not working as expected. The Status field should have been enabled for me as I am part of the I2EAdmins SP list as an Admin. Attached is the screenshot for your reference. Appreciate your help.

LookUp returns the first row that matches your formula (Jyoti Batra in this case).
You can try using a Filter instead of LookUp, or modifying your LookUp to something like this:

If(LookUp(I2EAdmins, Admin.Email = User().Email).Title = "Admin", Edit, Disabled)

Free typed based on your LookUp so there might be errors, but you should get the idea.
