Outlook.com or Google Calendar Event Trigger

Today from my account if I create a flow triggered on the outlook.com (or google) calendar event it never starts, it starts correctly only if the wait time be of 15 minutes, not less.
A few days ago everything worked correctly even with a waiting time of 1 Minute.
Why?

I justed tested with my flow and I'm not having your issue. Since it has been days, has the issue gone from your side?

Yes, in recent days there is the same issue from my side.
In the trigger form "When an upcoming event is starting soon" the waiting time must be at least 15 minutes or nothing ever happens.
