OnSelect event is triggering automatically in Power Apps tables after Version 3.24102.17

I use tables to view my submitted requests, which are stored in a SharePoint list. I’ve implemented logic that navigates to a new screen with forms in edit mode, based on the request type selected from a table row.

On the screen I navigate to, I have several buttons, including options to edit, submit, and a back button. The back button uses the Back() function to return to the "View Submitted" screen.

However, since the release of version 3.24102.17, clicking the back button no longer returns me to the "View Submitted" screen. Instead, I remain on the same screen, and the "View Submitted" screen’s OnSelect event seems to trigger automatically, taking me back to the previous screen. I've tried all the latest versions, but the issue persists.

This behavior is very frustrating. I would really appreciate any help with resolving this problem and would like Microsoft to address this issue as soon as possible.
