Approval e-mail: "Requested by" is always my name and my e-mail address, instead of the real Requester's

Dear,

 

When my flow send Approval e-mail to approver, at the top line, it is always my e-mails address and my name, 

instead of the real Requester's.

 

Could any one tell me what went wrong?

    As far as I know, 'REquested by' represents the user whose credentials were used to execute the flow.
