Download a file directly from Web URL

I wonder if anyone can help me figure this out.

The intention is to download a file directly from the URL given. I have used the Download ("Address") command. It opens a new tab that contains the downloadable file. I hope the Launch ("Address") command also performs the same operation. The ultimate goal is given an URL it must be able to download the file directly into Sharepoint specified location.

Any ideas? Is it even possible?

Are you open to using a Power Automate solution for this, or does it need to be 100% within PowerApps?

Currently, I'm not using the power automate for this, but can be added. Need a solution which will be efficient

This can be done very efficiently in Power Automate. I can help, but you're probably better off in the Power Automate community forums. The PowerApps side is very straightforward.
