Send Mail Notification to an external service provider, when a flow is approved

Hi,

I have built a multilevel approval workflow to request a vehicle for official travel purpose. I have used office 365 hierarchy to choose the first level manager of the vehicle requester. Once the first level manager approvers the request, the flow waits for Administrator approval. When administrator approves an email has to be sent to the external transport provider.

I got struck in sending email to the external transport provider. Do anyone have solution

When the reply from the manager approval is returned check the outcome to make sure it was approved.  In the condition that checks only start the second approval if the manager approved.  When the second approval returns check the outcome to see if it was approved.  If it was then send the email.

This is my flow. What is the next action to send an email only when my flow is approved.

Can you explain a bit more about the problem you are having?  If you are using Send an Email and can't get it to accept an external email address then you need to switch the To field to advanced mode.  Otherwise it uses a people picker that only accepts internal addresses. You switch it using an icon above and to the right of the field when you click into the field.
