Our company wants to sent invitations with an QR-code on it.
When someone comes into the office, he/she needs to scan the QR-code and after scanning the QR-code a message needs te be sent to the contactperson with whome the appointment is.
The data of all the appointments are saved in SharePoint (list like an Excel). Every appointment has an unique ID. I think that this ID should be leading in the QR-Code.
Is it possible to create an Power App, with which we can achieve this and what is the best way to handle this?
yes this is possible, here is a overview of how it could look like.
Store the Appointment Data in Sharepoint List and generate a QR Code for it.
In the App you need the QR Scanner once the code is scanned it searches for the appointment. Once it is found you can send out notifications via power automate.
