when new email arrives > a planner task is created > task not created when someone replies or fwds

The flow I want to build is supposed to place new emails received in my inbox into a planner task but only includes the first email sent. Tasks should not be created when someone replies or forwards the same message. The flow was working fine until I added the html to text option for the task. Not sure why this would cause issue though.
