Automation to attach files in sharepoint library until the end of the year

Hi Folks, 

 

I receive e-mails with a report (.pdf) attached to it every day and need to attach this report to a sharepoint library that already has the months folder and days as sub-folders. I created several Automations for each month of the year (12 Automations), using the

formatDateTime (utcNow (), 'yyyy-MM-dd') expression.

 

Question: Can i do it in a easier way in just one automation for every month and days of the year?

 

If so, how can i do that?

 

I would appreciate so very much if anybody can help, i can share the automation i did so far for a single month of the year.
