How do I update a Field to become Required using Power Automate?

If the Status (Dynamic item) of an item on a list is equal to "Parts Ordered", then I need to make the "Parts Lead Time" (Dynamic item) required. I need to put guardrails to make sure users will put something in the "Parts Lead Time" field. How would that flow work?

    @mmar1 ,

    This validation should be added to your front end.

    Do the users use SharePoint or Power Apps form to enter data?

    Yes, the users use SharePoint to enter the data. If the validation should be changed on the front end, how would I add in conditions to change that within PowerAutomate? would I need to use something else?

    Power Automate will operate in the background and allows no user interaction at that stage. If needed, you have the option to send a notification to the user, including a link to the item, when the status changes.

    So there is no way for me to update the requirement field for an item?

    PowerApps or bust in this scenario, unfortunately.
