SharePoint library permissions to run Flow

I understand that SharePoint library users must have at least Contribute permissions to initiate manually-triggered Flows. I have a library where the Contributors are planned to have a few privileges removed, such as the ability to delete files. This makes them lower than Contribute, and they can't see the Flows on the Automate menu. Is there a workaround for this? I am attaching some screenshots of the special privilege set that is being considered.

Thank you,

Anne

Did you make sure that you shared the flow with them?  I just ran a test and had a regular user who was able to start a flow in a Document library with Contribute No Delete custom permission level.  But the flow needs to shared with the user and they must have the permissions necessary to do all the actions that the flow does.

I shared it with the SharePoint Library, and the user has access to the library through the Edit_minimum_privs permission level. The account can see the Automate menu but no Flows show up on it. If it is shared directly with the account as a run-as user, it the Flows do appear. Thanks for prompting me. I will follow up with the SharePoint group.
