How to get a list of SharePoint lists that has another column with the SharePoint group that has access to it?

How to get a list of SharePoint lists that has another column with the SharePoint group that has access to it?

 

I am okay in having the List showing multiple times in the table, because each row should be having an unique SharePoint group.

 

Please note that the goal is to find this under one SharePoint site.
