How to show to-do items on calendar?

I am working on integrating Microsoft To Do into my company's workflow. One common piece of feedback I've received is the desire to display scheduled tasks directly on the Outlook calendar. However, I haven't been able to find clear instructions on how to achieve this. Does Microsoft To Do have the capability to show tasks on an Outlook Calendar based on their start or due date?

Currently, Outlook allows users to display both the calendar and to-do list side by side in the panel. However, I'm looking to further enhance this by integrating the to-do list directly onto the calendar, so tasks appear alongside scheduled meetings.

Could you please share me a protocol how to set up the flow?

Thank you,

Shicheng

Don't know if it helps. But it seems users can drag and drop your to-do items from that side panel to their calendar. Or do you want to fully automate this for several users?

Below is a short animation of OWA.
