Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I have created an SP list and linked with a flow to get approvals and in the end send an email notification (usually with attachments) to the approver and other recipients. Now, I need to attach this final email confirmation back to the relevant list item alongside the other attachment on in a new column. Is there a way to do this either through Power Automate or in any other streamlined way. I appreciate all ideas in this regard. Thank you,
